Thought leadership is the promotion of ideas. It's 'look at this,' not 'look at me.' It's about putting your subject first, challenging conventional wisdom and having a clear point of view. You can also opt into deeper experiences like masterminds and take action sprints that happen throughout the year.

MicDrop is not about how much time you spend inside the community. It is about the actions you take outside of it.
Most members use MicDrop as a support system they tap into when they need guidance, momentum or accountability. If you ask for help when you need it, you can't go too far wrong.
You'll get regular, direct support from Alex, but MicDrop is not built around private 1-1 access.
Alex is extremely involved in supporting the community, but MicDrop is not built around private 121 access. He hosts live sessions (including workshops and office hours) and is there to answer your questions and offer guidance and feedback in the hub.
And importantly, you are not only learning from Alex. Across the community, our members bring hundreds of years of combined experience in speaking, leadership, business and thought leadership. Many of the questions you have will be best answered by people who have been exactly where you are now, which is why the community is such a powerful accelerant to your progress.

We believe there are two ways to land speaking opportunities. You can chase them or be chosen. We've spent years researching how the most sought-after thought leaders land their speaking opportunities and the answer is always the same… When someone needs a speaker, the first thing they do is ask their network. This is why the best speaking opportunities never go public. Everything we do inside the community is about helping you become the person that people recommend - so that when those conversations happen behind closed doors, your name is the one that comes up.
